Those who live of illusion leave footprints on a dead planet. They can’t expect that someone thirsting for knowledge would follow them into the desert on a planet where, within that illusion, they are the only person that exists. |
571) |
They believe to be masters and repeat, justly, that “all lies within” and “the master lies within.” Looking at the body, they desire to discover its countless laws. But they only see the skin. They perceive thoughts, they desire to comprehend the mind, but they only produce more thoughts. They hear the words of others and wish to translate them into inner truths. They only confuse their own selves. |
572) |
The great illusionists of knowledge, of matters regarding God, have cultivated rituals and names. They have increased their mental “selves” and have given birth to judgments, condemnations and definitions. Deception is their nourishment. In order to feed themselves, they sow millions of words, but will not gather one gram of wisdom. |
573) |
Many sentient beings, all through time, believed to possess consciousness of the Divine, but they only possessed illusion. No one possesses something that belongs to all sentient beings in the same measure; this is proven by the suffering of those who distance themselves from the Higher Self, and by the joy of those who come closer to the Higher Self. But they both possess It. |
574) |
The Nature of All Things and the Truth are such only if seen by the Fundamental Essential Nature of the sentient being (intellect-Soul). It is not possible to transmit what is seen with one’s own eyes. So how can sentient beings be liberated? They must be led unknowingly, with empty minds, until they see with their own eyes. Words are used to arouse their curiosity and confuse them so that, in order to satisfy their curiosity and dissipate their confusion, they open their eyes. |
575) |
Those who believe to possess the keys of knowledge do not possess the Vision of the Gate. |
576) |
The Souls of those who suffer from delusions are simply bodies of sensations. They use them to say the word ‘love’ but it is like making a heart out of dung to substitute a dead heart. |
577) |
Every illusion of comprehension is a moment separated from the universal context. Those who cling to details lose the perception of the Soul. They cause their hands to grow, in order to grasp more illusion. |
578) |
Emperors and kings of earthly justice create blame in order to base their power on it. Let your footprints be those of one who takes blame upon himself and sends it back to those who created it. |
579) |
Those who deceive others, the false and the arrogant, will never be able to see their own true faces. Their true faces lie in the Soul, in the universe, too “far” for them. |
